MEET THE FOUNDER
DR. JAMES LALLY, DO
James M. Lally, DO, MMM, is an AOA board-certified osteopathic family physician. He was trained by the Army to be a Physician Assistant and when he was medically retired, Dr. Lally earned his osteopathic medical degree from what is now WesternU/COMP. He completed his internship and residency training at the former Doctors’ Hospital of Montclair (California), where he served as chief resident and later was the program director. A fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Dr. Lally serves as chief medical officer of Health Service Alliance, a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), with three sites. He also is a clinical professor of family medicine at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (WesternU/COMP) in Pomona, California, and at Touro University California, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo. He is the founding medical director of the University of La Verne’s Physician Assistant program. Most recently, he has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of Western University of the Health Sciences, Pomona, California.

Project Experience
Camp Pendleton
This project encompassed general tenant improvements, electrical work, facility maintenance, dry wall framing, and flooring. Required military clearance and a high level of coordination and scheduling throughout the entire base managed by different supervisors.
LADMC
New campus, training centers for nurses, and tenant improvement of the existing facility. The project will enable LADMC to provide its patients with the best possible care in an environment that is conducive to their physical and mental health. The project is an important step in LADMC's mission to provide the highest quality of care to its patients and improve the overall health of the local community.
Glendora Oaks Geriatric Psychiatric Center
Full conversion of former nursery unit to Geriatric Psych Unit including infrastructure upgrade
OSHPD, Structural & MEP upgrades, new chillers, boilers, generators, AHUs, RTUs, Psych safe, anti-ligature finishes
MCAS Miramar
Lighting retrofits and multiple facility upgrades that require a US Military clearance along with meeting the highest security standards required.
USPS San Diego County
Scope: Fire sprinkler leak (Area 1 Women’s restroom; Area 2 Workroom) Set up, and identify the leak Put the system on test Drain the pipes Remove the leaky fitting, and search for additional leaks Replace leaky pipes Clean up/haul away debris Replace approximately 12 ceiling tiles
Mt. San Antonio College
